Meet Gudrun
Gudrun Gilles is a strategic service design specialist and mediator with more than two decades of experience supporting executives, boards and teams across Australia. She has managed community-based human services, held government roles in procurement, service development and compliance and led strategic change across the sector. Seeing a real need to bridge strategic knowledge with practical implementation, Gudrun started her own consultancy to help organisations manage change.
